Vincent Banville
Vincent Banvile is a writer, critic and journalist living in Dublin. His first novel, An End to Flight, won the Robert Pitman Literary Prize. He is also the author of children's books, the Hennessy series, along with several crime novels, including Death by Design and Death the Pale Rider. He is a reviewer for The Irish Times.
He has contributed to New Island's successful Open Door series with Sad Song and An Accident Waiting to Happen. An Accident Waiting to Happen, was translated into Irish in 2007 for the Irish Open Door under the title Timpiste Réidh le Tarlú.
