Chris Binchy

Chris Binchy was born in 1970. He studied English and Spanish at Unviersity College Dublin and later graduated from the master's course in creative writing at Trinity College Dublin. He worked as an embassy researcher, painter and hotel manager, and later trained as a sushi chef. He is the author of two novels, The Very Man (2003) and People Like Us (2004). In 2008, he wrote a novella for New Island's Open Door series. He lives in Dublin.
