Sheila O'Flanagan was born and lives in Dublin. She has written all her life and had her first book, Dreaming of a Stranger, published in 1997. This was followed by a stream of bestselling novels including Suddenly Single and Too Good to be True. She also contributed to New Island's highly succesful Open Door Series with Maggie's Story.
