Kevin Rafter

Kevin Rafter is a writer, broadcaster and lecturer specialising in Irish politics and the peace process in Northern Ireland. In 2002, New Island published his biography of Martin Mansergh to critical acclaim. He has also written books on Clann na Poblachta and Sinn Fein, and a biography of Neil Blaney. As a journalist he has worked with the Irish Times, Sunday Times, RTE and Sunday Tribune, and has been the editor of Magill magazine. In 2009, he published Fine Gael: Party at the Crossroads with New Island.
