Time on the Ocean

On one level an exciting account of a journey under sail from Punto Arenas in Chile to South Africa – around Cape Horn, on to the Malvinas/Falklands and, via Tristan da Cunha, to landfall in Cape Town.
Underscoring the narrative is Theo’s great-grandmother’s story: she died in childbirth off Cape Horn, and was buried at sea. As one would expect from Theo, this is a poetic and evocative account, but it is also an adventure. Will appeal, not only to sailing enthusiasts and those interested in the adventure aspect of the story, but those who love an inspirational story, beautifully told.
