Katherine Cahill

Katherine Cahill was Senior Researcher on RTÉ’s The Late Late Show, having worked previously on such flagship RTÉ programmes as Kenny Live. She is a keen antiquarian. Mrs. Delany's Menus, Manners and Medicine was published to great acclaim by New Island in October 2005.
